Corrections Policy

How URBNGEAR receives, verifies, publishes, and documents corrections and material article updates.

Last updated August 1, 2026

Report an error

Email hello.urbngear@gmail.com with the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong, and a primary or otherwise authoritative source when available. Product naming, compatibility, safety, pricing context, and measured claims are prioritized.

What happens next

The editorial team checks the original source, verifies the proposed correction, and reviews related passages that could be affected. Confirmed factual errors are corrected as soon as practical. Substantive changes receive a new modified date and a note in the article’s update history.

Corrections versus updates

A correction repairs information that was wrong when published. An update reflects new information, product changes, availability, additional evidence, or a revised recommendation. Typographical and formatting fixes that do not change meaning may be made without an update note.

Editorial disagreements

A preference disagreement is not automatically a factual error. We still review challenges to the evidence, methodology, and framing of a recommendation. Our evidence rules are documented in How We Test and Research.
